YIN Yoga 
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves a variety of poses held for up to 3 to 5 minutes accessing deeper layers of fascia.  It is an ideal practice for beginners, or those who want to awaken dormant energy in your body and recharge your practice.  It is beneficial for all yoga practitioners.
