Intro to Yoga

Live! In Person! Or online via Zoom.

Gain a better understanding of why we do the postures we do.
Let me show you how to start to increase your flexibility.
Start to understand why breath work can help us heal; lower stress.
Meditation is actually Yoga, we’ll touch on that too.
AND, surround yourself in a group of others who are as brand new to this Yoga thang as you are!

If you prefer to participate online, you can practice in the comfort of your own home!

We ask that cameras stay on throughout these sessions in order for our instructor to watch for proper alignment to keep you safe.

When: Wednesday March 2, 9, 16 & 23

Your spot is reserved for each class.  Make-up classes are not available for this program.

Time: 7:15-8:15pm

Where: 6 Wales Avenue (or Zoom)

Investment:  $92 + HST for all 4 sessions

Covid protocols will be in place.  Proof of both vaccines is required for in person sessions.
