Intro to Yoga

Live! In Person! 

Gain a better understanding of why we do the postures we do.
We’ll explore many of the basic poses; course outline is approximately 30% theory, 70% movement and 100% fun!  We’re keeping it light.
Let me show you how to start to increase your flexibility.
Start to understand why breath work can help us heal; lower stress.
Meditation is actually Yoga, we’ll touch on that too.
AND, surround yourself in a group of others who are as brand new to this Yoga thang as you are!

Upon completion of these 4 short weeks you’ll have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of what Yoga encompasses; movement, breath work and meditation. You’ll be well on your way to feeling comfortable stepping into any one of our Hatha/Hatha Flow, Restorative or gentle Yoga classes.

Investment:  $99 + HST for all 4 sessions 

Covid protocols will be in place. QR code required.
Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
