Louise Lee

I began my own personal yoga journey in 2000 to cultivate healing for my mind, body and soul.

As well, this journey continues to instil peace and heal physical challenges. In 2014, I completed my training through Downward Dog and Yoga Sanctuary and recently completed my Reiki training.

My mission is to share what I know with students and to help them find the alignment of the body through asana and instil the passion of yoga that I have found. My classes are dedicated both to yogi beginners and seasoned practitioners. I know that yoga is a journey and a practice that is ever changing and evolving.
