In this session, you will learn how anxiety and depression develop.
You will learn to identify the source of your anxiety and depression.
You will learn how to use mindfulness strategies to manage your feelings of anxiety and depression.
You will experience a brief mindfulness meditation exercise to connect and ground to your physical body.
Elle Bradley is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Spiritual Teacher. Her interest lies in helping others to reconnect with their authentic self by integrating aspects of themselves that are stuck in the subconscious mind into their present self. Elle conducts her own private therapy sessions as well as speaks about a variety of topics pertaining to the use of mindfulness as a powerful healing modality.
