In this session, you will learn to identify emotional triggers.
You will learn the origin of your own emotional triggers.
You will learn to manage emotional reactivity by calming nervous system reactions.
You will participate in a brief calming meditation to reduce over-stimulation.
Elle Bradley is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Spiritual Teacher. Her interest lies in helping others to reconnect with their authentic self by integrating aspects of themselves that are stuck in the subconscious mind into their present self. Elle conducts her own private therapy sessions as well as speaks about a variety of topics pertaining to the use of mindfulness as a powerful healing modality.
