Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga which concentrates on both physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyhana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. You’ll move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength, balance and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and breath. A great overall stretch, suitable for every body.
