Lets take a little bit of the mystery out of meditation, debunk some of the myths and discuss what the true benefits of this age-old daily practice really are!
We’ll touch on breath techniques, discuss the meaning of a mantra and meditate as a group.
You’ll leave with a peaceful, easy feeling, a couple of handouts and a few tips to get you started.
These sessions are open to brand new curious meditators, as well as those have “fallen off the wagon meditators”.  A new theme each week-Silence, Healing, Love, Gratitude.
