2024 Wildfire Relief Fundraiser

The Canadian Red Cross Wildfire Fundraiser this summer raised $956.20 and was tripled through the Canadian and Albertan Governments.

2024 WWF Climb For Nature

On April 20 I joined my friends at Markham Dog Alliance and Charlotte from The Village Hive Coworking for WWF-Canada’s annual CN Tower Climb For Nature. Our team climbed all 1776 steps – 144 floors – and raised over $2700!!!

Our Local Hockey Tournament

Our 2024 Compassion365 & SAHL hockey tourney raised $7,297.52 and $565 through YOU!
In 2023 we raised $5,665.00 overall and $1075.00 through YOU!

Alzheimer’s Research
Five years running, our “YogaBuyTheHour” has raised more than $25,000.00 specifically for Alzheimer research. On-going classes throughout the year, “by donation only” continue to support this cause.

And most recently, May, 2023, our walk for the York Region Alzheimer’s Society raised over $100,000.00, with more than $2500.00 from our Yoga community alone!

Also, a portion of all Studio online and in-person sales benefits Alzheimer’s Research.

Canadian Cancer Society

Canadian Cancer Classes -We offer free Yoga to those going through cancer treatment, when they feel well enough to attend.

The Yellow Brick House
A much needed service for those in need of everything in order to rebuild lives, our annual collection and donation happens every year in November. In 2021, we also ran a special event around Mother’s Day, called Mommapalooza.
