What is Yoga Nidra?

Bliss! It’s a form of guided meditation, a conscious relaxation practice that induces a complete state of physical, mental, & emotional relaxation.  A 20 minute Yoga Nidra (or Yogic Sleep) session is said to be the equivalent of about a 2 hour nap.

It takes a community…that would be you!
