Mobility Yoga- A 4 class series
It focuses on strengthening the muscles, tendons and ligaments that support everyday movements to keep your body healthy and injury free. Mobility yoga is a tool for pain management and prevention, allowing you to live your life to the fullest.
It applies to both the Thursday and the Saturday sessions.
Week 1: hips, sciatica, glutes
Week 2 : lower back and upper back
Week 3: shoulders and arms
Week 4: head and neck
A short video clip will be sent to each participant after each session to keep you on track!
These enrollments are preregistered and your spot is reserved at each class.
You’ll be making a reservation for all dates listed with the understanding make-up classes are not provided, thank you.
