About the Program
Our 7-week “LearnHowToSTARTMeditating” program is based on the teachings of Dr. Deepak Chopra’s “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success”.
I will be your guide as we explore each “Law”, one per week.
In each session we’ll dive into the Law of the week.
We’ll explore the meaning of mantras and how each Law is associated with a different mantra, how each mantra resonates with each Chakra (energy centres in the body). We’ll explore the power of intention setting, the basics of meditation, witnessing awareness as well as tap into a variety of meditation styles.
Each session will include a group meditation and each session will be followed up with an overview delivered to your inbox. The “un”homework is fabulous – it’s your gift you get to give to yourself.
This 7-week session is perfect for those who have always wanted to try meditation but just didn’t know how or where to start.
It is also ideal for those who currently have a regular meditation practice and would love the opportunity to explore Deepak’s teachings in a little more detail and enjoy the dynamics of group meditations. It’s our intention that you leave this 7-week course with a daily meditation practice of your own. This is not guided meditation.
This course would be amazing even if you’ve already taken it!
Each group brings a different energy, a different list of questions and new insights! Graduates of Learn How To Start Meditating, Calm Inside The Storm, Primordial Sound Meditation may find this course helpful in maintaining your daily practice while enjoying the experience of group meditation.

The teachings of “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success” as well as “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga” were a large part of our 2-year teacher training.
