This workshop is for you. Learn the art of self massage using Yoga Tune Up® Balls. This 1.5 hr workshop will provide you with a full body self massage practice, including a short yoga practice, that will help improve mobility and increase blood flow to your muscles and joints. The workshop will focus on the upper back and shoulders, and the hip area. Bring your own Yoga Tune Up® balls or purchase them at the studio.
