Intro To Yoga, a 6 week experience.

 Never practiced Yoga before?

Always wanted to?

Have you participated in a few classes and felt out of place, unsure what was going on or if you were doing things correctly? Safely?

Our 6 week online “Zoom” workshop series is designed for the beginner Yogi or anyone interested in the basics of Yoga, a step-by-step review if you will. 

We’ll help you feel more confident in your practice after just 6 short weeks, and hope you’ll feel right at home stepping into any one of our Hatha Flow, Restorative, Gentle and/or YIN Yoga classes.

Practice in the comfort of your own home! We ask that cameras stay on throughout these sessions in order for our instructor to watch for proper alignment to keep you safe.

Meditation expert & Studio owner, Cheryl Ward will be joining you in week 4 to discuss and guide you through a brief Meditation practice.

 

What you can expect:

Week 1 – Introduction to Yoga: The Five W’s
Week 2 – Key elements of a Yoga practice
Week 3 – Common Terminology & Poses
Week 4 – Meditation, Mantra & Breathing
Week 5 – Additional poses and movement
Week 6 – Flow class, Q&A and you’re on your way!

Enjoy a little bit of homework each day throughout these 6 weeks as well.

You’ll be making a reservation for all dates listed with the understanding make-up classes are not provided, thank you.
