Experience:RYT200 from Downward Dog Yoga Studio (2010) and a Yoga Therapist from Yoga Therapy Toronto (2012)
I discovered yoga in my late thirties. I am forever grateful for the incredible journey, and life lessons it has taught me.

I believe the practice allows us to create space and silence within our mind and body, allowing us to nurture our soul. The practice of movement and breath has a tremendous effect. I encourage everyone to join us on the mat, to move and breathe as a community. I hope each student feels a sense of calmness and peace at the end of my class. I teach from a place of authenticity, acceptance and compassion.
